Each standard service visit for a spa or pool includes the following, with additional services or repair work billed according to the schedule below:
- Brush and/or vacuum the spa or pool to remove debris
- Clean skimmer baskets and waterline tiles
- Inspect and backwash filtration equipment
- Skim water surface and fill to proper level
- Monitor, test and adjust water to health department standard.

Spa Tech Water Care Program
The Spa Tech Water Care Program operates on a seasonal, bi-weekly, weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the program you choose. Contact us for more details!
Program Options
Let the professionals take care of your water with the Spa Tech Water Care Program! This great value service allows you to have peace of mind that your water is at its best without worrying. It also comes complete with a Spa Tech Water Care Pack ($225 value).
Note: Service is for Edmonton and the immediate surrounding area. Out of town customers will be subject to mileage charges per visit. If the technician concludes your hot tub requires servicing upon our visit, Spa Tech will inform you and advise any changes or repairs and let you decide if you would like to proceed. Nothing will be completed without your prior approval.
BRONZE – Seasonal Water Care Program
- Open Your Hot Tub for the New Season
This service includes filing your tub and balancing your chemicals to ensure it is ready for the new season to enjoy. - Properly Maintain Your Hot Tub
Each month (up to 6 visits included) we will check the balance of chemicals in your hot tub and adjust as needed to help you properly maintain your hot tub all season long. The technician will also check to ensure everything on your hot tub is working as it should be and advise you if there are any problems or potential issues. - Winterize Your Hot Tub
When it’s time to shut your tub down for the season, we will professionally winterize your hot tub to ensure it sits safe and sound for the winter months and is ready when the next new season begins.
